高校青年志愿服务助力乡村振兴的路径探究——以汉江师范学院“理论热点面对面”为例

On the Ways of College Youth Volunteer Service to Promote Rural Revitalization——Take Hanjiang Normal University’s “Theoretical Focus Face-to-Face” as an Example

高校青年在乡村振兴中扮演着重要角色,发挥“蓄水池”的关键作用,是实现乡村振兴的先锋力量。高校青年志愿服务助力乡村振兴有助于提高青年学生综合素质、推动乡村全面发展、弘扬志愿服务文化,但在实施过程中还存在着高校青年对开展志愿服务了解程度较浅、参与动机不明、活动形式单一、自身专业性不强等问题。通过加大教育力度、优化活动内容、加强青年培养锻炼、整合资源力量、开展工作督导等途径推动高校青年乡村振兴志愿服务提质增效,聚集青春力量赋能乡村发展。

Talents are the key to rural revitalization. College youth play a key role of "reservoir" in rural revitalization, and are the vanguard force to achieve rural revitalization. In the process of promoting rural revitalization, college youth voluntary service still has some problems, such as poor understanding, unclear motivation for participation, single form of activities, and weak professionalism. It is proposed that rural revitalization should be enabled by strengthening education, optimizing activity content, strengthening youth training, integrating resources, and improving relevant policies.
