摘要
小学全科教师是我国乡村教师队伍的重要组成部分,是助力乡村振兴、推进基础教育高质量发展的重要师资保障。目前,我国小学全科教师研究尚处于起步阶段,辩证对待和科学借鉴其他国家/地区培养小学全科教师的经验大有裨益。研究2011-2021年间收录在Web of Science核心数据库中的1502篇文献,运用内容分析法、计量分析法并操作CiteSpaceⅤ软件进行可视化分析,梳理近十年来全球小学全科教师研究热点主题与未来展望,以期为我国小学全科教师培养研究提供有效镜鉴。
General teachers of primary school are an important part of China’s rural teaching force, and an important teacher guarantee to help revitalize rural talents, and achieve high-quality development of foundation education. However, research on training of elementary school general teachers is still in its infancy, and it would be beneficial to dialectically and scientifically learn from the experiences of the developed countries in cultivating elementary school general teachers in China. This paper studies 1502 articles published in core database of Web of Science, 2021-2021, by using content analysis, measurement analysis to carry on the measurement visualization analysis and CiteSpace V software, forms the education domain of China general teachers of primary school to see the future development direction, providing a useful mirror for the follow-up research and practice.
