构建自我教育立体化网络,扬起00后大学生远航的风帆——以汉江师范学院外国语学院为例

摘要 为引导00后大学生更好的成长成才,汉江师范学院外国语学院在育人实践中探索出了一套自我教育立体化网络,建立了目标导航、榜样领航、朋辈伴航、价值引领、实践体验、自我反思、融入日常等引导机制,快速规划了学业目标,充分挖掘了学生潜力,提高了学习效率,极大提升了人才培养质量,00后大学生的德智体美劳得到了全面发展。 To guide the post-2000 college students better grow and achieve success, the School of Foreign Languages, Hanjiang Normal University has explored a steretic network of self-education, and set up a series of guiding mechanisms including aim direction, model leading, classmate accompanying, value leading, practice experience, self-reflection, and integrating daily activities, helped college students fast plan their academic aims, dig up their potentials, improve their learning efficiency, which greatly improved the quality of talent cultivation and realized the all-round development of post-2000 college students.
