基于ELES模型的沧州市城乡居民消费结构研究

Study on the Consumption Structure of Cangzhou Urban and Rural Residents Based on ELES Model

以沧州市城乡居民人均收入与消费支出的数据为研究内容,通过建立ELES模型,从边际消费倾向、需求收入弹性、需求价格弹性角度以及人们熟悉的恩格尔系数,详细分析沧州市城乡居民的消费结构;从消费结构变动幅度和消费结构变动熵数两个角度,分析沧州市城乡居民消费结构的变化速度和质量;借助Matlab软件分析发现,沧州市城乡居民整体消费质量较高,但是,还有一定的提升空间,尤其是沧州市的农村居民.最后,提出了重点提高农村居民生活水平,刺激除居住和食品烟酒之外的消费,增加居民收入,价格调控或优惠措施等建议.

Based on the data of per capita income and consumption expenditure of urban and rural residents in Cangzhou city, the consumption structure of Cangzhou urban and rural residents was analyzed in detail from the perspectives of marginal consumption propensity, demand income elasticity, demand price elasticity, and the familiar Engel coefficient through building ELSE model. The changing speed and quality of the consumption structure of Cangzhou urban and rural residents were analyzed from the perspectives of the changing range and entropy of consumption structure.With Matlab softwareanalysis, it was found that the overall consumption quality of Cangzhou urban and rural residents was relatively high, but there was still some room for improvement, especially for the rural residents.Finally, recommendations were made as follows: improving the living standards of rural residents in particular, stimulating consumption except housing, food, alcohol and tobacco, increasing individual income, and regulating commodity price or encouraging discounts.
