基于关节臂测量机的群孔位置度检测研究

摘要 具有圆周均布群孔的零件在机床设备中应用十分广泛,其孔系位置度直接关系到机器整体的装配质量。针对其位置度检测快速准确的要求,采用关节臂式测量机进行检测。描述了关节臂式测量机的基本组成及测量原理,建立了关节臂的运动学模型,详细介绍了使用关节臂测量的测量流程及关键技术要点。根据检测结果,圆孔直径及位置度最大偏差为0.022 mm和0.046 mm,均满足测量标准,反映出关节臂式测量机应用于精密检测的技术优势。 Parts with circular uniform distribution group holes are widely used in machine tool equipment,and the position of the hole system is directly related to the assembly quality of the machine as a whole.In view of the fast and accurate requirements of its position detection,the articulated arm coordinate measuring machine(AACMM)is used for detection.In this paper,the basic composition and measurement principle of AACMM are described,the kinematic model of AACMM is established,and the measurement process and key technical points of AACMM are introduced in detail.According to the test results,the maximum deviation of the diameter and position degree of the round hole is 0.022mm and 0.046mm,which meet the measurement standards and reflect the technical advantages of AACMM used in the precision detection.
