基于Simulation的线束切割刀片的有限元分析

摘要 为验证切刀机构刀片参数设计的合理性,设计了基于Simulation的线束切割刀片的有限元分析方法。首先根据常规线束的材质结构,在材料力学的基础上计算出常见最大线径线束剥皮和切断的最小剪切力,然后再根据运动学分析切刀正切线束时的平均切割力,结果显示切刀运动状态时的切割力远大于线束铜芯的最小剪切力,最后运用SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析模块进行静力学分析,通过添加约束,负载和划分网格,运算得出切刀的位移图、应变图和应力图,分析结果验证显示:切刀的强度和刚度均符合线束切断需求,结构合理。 In order to verify the rationality of the blade parameters design of the cutting knife mechanism,according to material structure of the conventional wire harness,the minimum shear force of stripping and cutting off of the common wire harness with the largest wire diameter is calculated on the basis of material mechanics;then,the average cutting force of the cutting knife tangent harness is analyzed according to the dynamics.The results show that the cutting force in the moving state of the knife is much greater than the minimum shear force of the copper core of the wire harness.Finally,the SolidWorks Simulation finite element analysis module is used for static analysis;through adding constraints,loads and dividing the mesh,the displacement diagram,strain diagram and stress diagram of the cutter are obtained.The analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of the cutter meet the requirements of the wire harness cutting,and the structure is reasonable.
