基于SPH算法的PP包装容器冲击特性分析及优化设计

摘要 注塑PP作为酸奶、果冻等饮品包装容器时,因其低温脆性的特点,极易发生跌落破裂,导致出现内容物泄漏等问题。为了解决注塑PP的结构强度问题,建立了基于SPH光滑粒子流体动力学方法的高分子包装容器模型,该模型以注塑PP低温实验下获得的材料特性作为输入条件,通过SPH方法对内容物进行模拟,研究内容物在高分子包装容器跌落中的作用,并结合包装容器的实际失效模式,进行优化设计研究。仿真和实验结果的对比说明,运用SPH方法可以准确预测PP材料包装容器跌落状态下的耐冲击特性,基于仿真结果的优化设计有效改善了跌落冲击时包装容器破裂及凸底现象,对食品等消费品行业含内容物的高分子材料包装的设计具有指导意义。 Aiming at solving the problem of impact breakage and contents leak out during low temperature drop test when injection PP is used as the packaging containers for such as yogurt and jelly,model of polymers packaging containers is created and studied based on Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics(SPH)method in this paper.Low temperature brittleness property of injection PP is used as the input parameters and content in container is studied based on SPH.Optimization design is performed based on acceleration and stress distribution of both content and packaging containers.The comparison of simulation and experimental results show that the impact properties could be accurately predicted by the SPH method,and optimization design on this packaging container could solve the impact breakage and convex bottom problem.It has an important guidance on design of polymer material packaging containers for food beverage industry and even extend to FMCG industry.
