轨道交通应急门锁结构设计和运动仿真

摘要 为提升轨道交通应急门在工作过程中的安全性和可靠性,针对拉线式门锁在使用过程中出现的失效问题,设计了一种滑槽式应急门锁结构。利用三维建模软件建立门锁三维模型,运用Adams运动仿真软件对模型进行运动分析,得到门锁开闭时的运动曲线和驱动力。仿真结果表明凸轮式门锁设计符合设计需求。为后续应急门锁结构制造加工提供理论依据。 In order to improve the safety and reliability of the rail transit emergency door during the working process,a mechanical emergency door lock is designed for the failure of the lock in use.The three-dimensional modeling software is used to establish a three-dimensional model,and the Adams motion simulation software is used to analyze the kinematics of the model to get the motion curve and driving force of the door lock when it is opened and closed.The simulation results show that the structural design meets the application requirements;it provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent manufacturing and processing of the emergency door lock structure.
