液氨吸收装置设计及内部流场仿真计算

摘要 针对氨水制备过程中液氨与软化水混合均匀性差的问题,设计了一种液氨吸收装置。首先根据液氨与软化水混合特性,绘制氨水制备装置结构图,并进行三维建模。然后在给定工况下,采用定常计算方法,配合标准k-ε湍流方程及SIMPLEC算法,对液氨吸收装置内部流场进行仿真。最后在计算内部流场速、压力分布特性的基础上,分析了液氨与软化水在装置内部混合情况。该液氨吸收装置的设计中,将数值计算的方法应用于内部流场的分析计算,对液氨与软化水混合状态进行分析计算,可以直观地评价液氨吸收装置的工作效果并提出优化设计方案,从而缩短研发周期,降低研发成本。 Aiming at the problem of poor mixing uniformity of liquid ammonia and softened water in the process of ammonia preparation,a liquid ammonia absorption device is designed in this paper;and according to the mixing characteristics of liquid ammonia and softened water,the structure diagram of ammonia preparation device is drawn,and 3D model of this device is built.Under the given working conditions,the internal flow field of liquid ammonia absorption device is simulated by adopting the steady calculation method with the standard k-εturbulent equation and SIMPLEC algorithm.On the basis of calculating the velocity and pressure distribution characteristics of the internal flow field,the volume fraction distribution of liquid ammonia and demineralized water in the device is analyzed and calculated.By designing the liquid ammonia absorption device and applying the numerical calculation method to the analysis and calculation of the internal flow field so as to analyze and calculate the mixing state of liquid ammonia and demineralized water,the working effect of the liquid ammonia absorption device can be intuitively evaluated;the optimal design scheme is then put forward,which can shorten the research and development cycle and reduce the research and development cost.
