多用途冷热交替动静疲劳试验机设计与开发 被引量:1

摘要 为验证输变电工程户外开关设备、箱型变压器等电器设备在不同温度下的外壳支撑能力,绝缘构件老化过程中的机械性能,以及悬式绝缘子在不同温度、淋雨、紫外线等严苛环境下悬式绝缘子抗疲劳性能变化,设计了多用途冷热交替动静疲劳试验机。试验机采用四立柱结构作为承载框架,疲劳拉伸载荷的施加由串联式变载荷伺服液压缸提供,环境试验箱内的淋雨量及温度由淋雨控制系统和温度控制系统调整控制,紫外辐射采用NV-A、UV-B、UV-C紫外光源控制调整。通过多用途冷热交替动静疲劳试验机对不同厂家的试品进行抗疲劳性能结果分析,实现了840 kN悬式绝缘子抗疲劳性能的测试。测试结果表明,在疲劳荷载相同的情况下,冷热交替、紫外照射淋雨交替对悬式绝缘子抗疲劳性能具有较大影响。多用途冷热交替动静疲劳试验机为复杂环境因素影响下840 kN悬式绝缘子在抗疲劳性能的测试提供了试验设备,也为电网网络运行可靠性提供了技术支撑。 In the field of power transmission and transformation projects,to verify the shell support ability of outdoor switchgear and box transformer electrical equipment under different temperature conditions,as well as the mechanical properties of insulation component during the process of aging,and the anti-fatigue performance changes of suspension insulator under the harsh environment,such as in different temperature,rain and ultraviolet light,the multi-purpose alternating movement fatigue testing machine is designed.The testing machine adopts four-column structure as the bearing frame,the application of fatigue tensile load is provided by the tandem variable load servo hydraulic cylinder,the amount of rain and temperature in the environmental test box are adjusted and controlled by the rain control system and the temperature control system,and the UV radiation is controlled and adjusted by the NV-A,UV-B,UV-C UV light source.According to the multi-purpose alternating cold and hot static fatigue testing machine,the anti-fatigue performance results of different manufacturers are obtained,and the anti-fatigue performance of 840kN suspension insulator is tested.The test results show that under the same fatigue load,the alternating of cold and heat,and the alternating of UV irradiation and rain have great influence on the anti-fatigue performance of suspension insulator.The multi-purpose cold and hot alternating dynamic and static fatigue testing machine provides test equipment for the fatigue resistance of 840kN suspension insulators under the influence of complex environmental factors,and also provides technical support for the reliability of the state grid network operation.
