摘要
针对湿地水体富养化这一生态环境问题,基于苦草可以通过吸收水中的氮、磷等元素来治理水体的这一特征,设计了一款苦草种植湿地生态修复机械设备。该设备总体结构包括驱动部分、储苗部分、送苗部分、苗板部分和植苗部分五个模块,通过运动传动机构和植苗机构的设计,确定了苦草种植机械的总体结构数据。设备采用曲柄摇杆机构中的连杆构件作为执行构件种植苦草,避免了摇杆构件的急回特性,解决了以往苦草种植的成功率不高、运动不平稳的问题,同时装置还采用电路控制手段实现各模块的独立运动和总体协调运动。经过现场操作和实地测试,实现了小车行走、运输、种植苦草等预想目标,对提高工作效率、减少人工成本、降低水体富营养化等具有重要意义。
In view of the ecological and environmental problem of wetland water eutrophication,a type of mechanical equipment for ecological restoration of wetland planted with Sophora alopecuroides is designed based on the characteristics that the Sophora alopecuroides could treat water by absorbing nitrogen,phosphorus and other elements in water.The overall structure of the equipment includes five modules:drive part,seedling storage part,seedling feeding part,seedling plate part and seedling planting part.Through the design of motion transmission mechanism and seedling planting mechanism,the overall structure data of vallisneria planting machinery is determined.The device uses the connecting rod component of the crank and rocker mechanism as the executive component to plant the bitter grass,which avoids the quick return characteristics of rocker component and solves the problems of low success rate and unstable motion of bitter grass planting in the past.At the same time,the device also uses the circuit control method to realize the independent motion and overall coordinated motion of each module.Through on-site operation and field test,the expected goals of trolley walking,transportation and planting of bitter grass have been achieved,which has the significance of improving work efficiency,reducing labor costs and reducing water eutrophication.
