摘要
发动机曲轴在高速旋转过程中,会对曲轴孔产生较大的交变冲击载荷,并对连杆输出扭力,因此缸体曲轴孔的加工工艺要求极高;曲轴孔作为发动机缸体上的关键部位,珩磨后若产生位置等因素超差,必然会影响曲轴的安装精度、发动机性能和相关零部件的寿命;该文利用实际加工经验,分析了珩磨后曲轴孔同轴度超差的若干原因,提出解决方案,并进行有效性验证,该方案解决办法为珩磨异常问题的解决思路提供参考。
During the high-speed rotation of the engine crankshaft, a great alternating impact load is produced on the crankshaft hole, and the connecting rod torque is output at the same time, thus high requirement to the processing technology of cylinder body crankshaft hole is put forward. Crankshaft hole as the key part of the engine cylinder block, if there are position or other factors error produced after honing, the installation precision of crankshaft, engine performance and life of the related parts and components will be inevitably affected. Based on the practical processing experience, several reasons for out-of-tolerance of coaxiality of the crankshaft holes after honing are analyzed, and the solutions are put forward and then verified to be effective, which would provide reference for solving abnormal honing problems.
