摘要
针对重介质选煤装备存在的自动化程度底、集成化不高、智能化程度不足、生产成本较高等问题,通过对选煤厂重介质选煤原理、工艺流程和装备进行分析,提出了一种重介质选煤装备智能化改造技术方案,基于对其关键技术及先进集成控制技术的研究,提出了基于数据驱动的重介装备智能控制系统设计原理,实现了多台装备的智能联动控制和协同集中控制,试验中设备故障率降低到2.3%,设备投入总成本降低,节能增效显著,可为重介质选煤装备的工艺优化提供参考。
Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation,low integration,insufficient intelligence,and high production cost in heavy medium coal preparation equipment,a technical scheme of intelligent transformation of heavy medium coal preparation equipment is proposed by analyzing the principle,process and equipment of heavy medium coal preparation in coal preparation plant.Based on the research of its key technology and advanced integrated control technology,the principle of intelligent control system for heavy medium equipment based on data drive is put forward,and the intelligent linkage control and coordinated centralization of multiple equipment control could be realized.The results show that the equipment failure rate is reduced to 2.3%,and the total cost of input equipment is reduced,which brings great economic benefits to the coal mine and provides a reference for the process optimization of heavy medium coal preparation equipment.
