摘要
矿井排水设备是保证煤矿高效安全开采的重要设备之一。针对国内现有煤矿排水装置存在的排水效率不高、时常发生液压系统故障等问题,提出一种用于煤矿井下排水的自动排水车设计方案,在总体结构方案的基础上重点设计了矿用排水车的液压系统,并对液压系统进行仿真分析,以验证方案设计的合理性。最终得出所设计的这套排水车液压系统稳定可靠,液压冲击小,振动小,能够保证排水车的高效使用,对于提高煤矿井下的排水效率,避免煤矿透水事故的发生等具有重要的作用和参考价值。
Mine drainage equipment is one of the important equipment to ensure efficient and safe mining of the coal mines.Aiming at the problems that the existing domestic coal mine drainage devices have low drainage efficiency and frequent hydraulic system failures,a design scheme of an automatic drainage truck for coal mine underground drainage is proposed in this paper.The overall structure is designed,and the matching hydraulic system is designed.The hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed to verify the rationality of the scheme design.It is concluded that the hydraulic system of the designed drainage truck is stable and reliable,with small hydraulic shock and vibration,which can ensure the efficient use of the drainage truck.It plays an important role and has reference value for improving the drainage efficiency of coal mines and avoiding the occurrence of water penetration accidents in coal mines.
