摘要
利用发电机气隙动态测量数据,从转子变形量、变形不均匀性、气隙偏心等方面对发电机气隙数据进行分析,进而研究机组旋转对发电机转子变形特性的影响。研究结果表明:转速升高后发电机转子气隙变小,这是离心力导致转子膨胀而引起的,另外磁极松动也会加剧气隙变小,这为发电机故障诊断提供了新的方法。
Based on the dynamic measurement data of generator air gap,the generator air gap data is analyzed on aspects of rotor deformation,deformation unevenness and air gap eccentricity;then effect of the unit rotation on the generator rotor deformation characteristics is studied.The results show that the air gap of generator rotor decreases when the rotor speed increases,which is mainly due to the rotor expansion caused by the centrifugal force,and the air gap decreases when the magnetic pole loosens;it provides a new method for generator fault diagnosis.
