某脱开锁无反馈解锁信号故障分析及设计改进

摘要 针对某可解脱式锁紧机构脱开锁在进行性能检查时存在的解锁时间无法测量、解锁信号无法反馈的问题,通过故障影响分析、故障定位排查、故障试验复现及有限元仿真分析故障产生的原因,并确定此脱开锁无法反馈解锁状态信号为微动开关压片变形导致。针对该故障原因对微动开关压片结构、材料进行设计改进、替换,并对改进后微动开关的强度、刚度进行试验验证,改进结构满足设计要求。 This paper mainly introduces that the product can be unlocked normally when a releasable locking mechanism is unlocked.However,the unlocking time cannot be measured and there is no feedback unlocking signal.Through the fault impact analysis,fault location and troubleshooting,fault test repetition and finite element simulation analysis,it is determined that the failure to feedback the unlocking status signal is caused by deformation of the microswitch tablet.In view of the fault,the micro switch tablet structure and material are improved and replaced;then the strength and test verification of the improved micro switch are carried out,the improved structure meets the design requirements.
