晚清民国岭南与江南文人绘画中的瓶花作品对比研究

A Comparative Study of Flower Arrangement in the Paintings of the Literati of Lingnan and Jiangnan in the Late Qing and Republican Periods

岭南插花艺术的发展与风格特征深受岭南画派的影响,而岭南画派与中国文人绘画传统关系密切。选取晚清民国时期岭南画派及与其同时期、最能代表文人艺术传统的江南文人画中描绘的瓶花进行对比,分析此时期两地绘画作品中所展现的瓶花在花材、花型、搭配、创作意图与风格等方面异同,探寻岭南与江南文人绘画中的瓶花特征。两地文人绘画的瓶花作品都反映了传统的东方智慧与文人审美,都受到市井文化的影响。不同之处在于岭南文人着力于展示人们日常的生活,画面富于生活情趣;而江南文人以文人意趣为本,画面强调瓶花的线条美、意境美。

The development and characteristics of Lingnan flower arrangement are heavily influenced by the Lingnan School of paintings,which is closely related to the tradition of Chinese literati paintings.This paper compares flowers in vase in Lingnan literati paintings in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China era with those in Jiangnan literati paintings,which is the most representative of literati art tradition in the same period.And then,the paper analyzes the similarities and differences of flowers in vase in the paintings between the two regions in terms of floral materials,flower types,combinations,creative intentions and styles,and explores the regional characteristics of flowers in vase in the paintings in Lingnan and Jiangnan.The flowers in vases painted by literatus of Lingnan and Jiangnan both reflect traditional Chinese wisdom and literati aesthetics,and both are influenced by civic culture.The difference lies in the fact that literatus in Lingnan focus on showing people’s daily life and the paintings are rich in life interest,while literatus in Jiangnan take literati interest as the basis and emphasize the beauty of the branches and the mood of the work.
