摘要
提升校企合作水平是中国特色高水平高职学校和高水平专业群建设计划的重要任务之一,基于对现阶段我国校企合作的理论与实践分析,构建高效对接、技能引领、共建共享、服务社会的分析维度,选取“双高计划”中197所建设单位的中期自评报告和项目检测平台数据为分析样本,发现校企合作在人才培育定位、学校反哺方式、服务社会能力方面仍存在一些问题,阻碍了校企合作的发展与质量提升。因此,进一步丰富我国高职学校校企合作实践经验,促进校企合作生态环境优化,需从融合运行机制与治理功能、协调利益相关者的责任复位、深化工匠精神融入协作过程三个方面综合施策。
Improving the level of school-enterprise cooperation is one of the important tasks in the construction plan of highlevel higher vocational education institutions and disciplines with Chinese characteristics.This study makes an analysis based on the theory and practice of current school-enterprise cooperation in China.It constructs four analytical dimensions,namely,efficient connection,skills-leading,co-construction and sharing,and social service.The analysis samples are mid-term self-assessment reports and project testing platform data of 197 construction units in this plan.It finds that school-enterprise cooperation still has some problems in aspects of talent cultivation orientation,school feedback system,and social serviceability,hindering its development and quality improvement.Therefore,countermeasures are proposed comprehensively from the following three aspects.Integrate operation mechanism and governance function,coordinate stakeholders′responsibilities,and integrate craftsman spirit into the cooperation process.The aim is to further enrich the practical experience of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges,and promote the optimization of school-enterprise cooperation ecological environment.
