随着信息技术的发展和管理水平的提升,全国各级医疗机构都加大了智慧医院的建设力度和资源投入,在"新冠"疫情的影响之下,国家和地方政府陆续出台了鼓励发展互联网医院的政策,在社会各方的努力下,通过互联网医院实现了患者通过微信公众号、微信小程序、手机App等先进的智能手段就可以进行远程挂号、咨询、在线支付和在线结果查询,极大地提升了就医体验,在一定程度上缓解了就医难的问题.本文主要是通过对智慧医院规划建设过程中的相关探索、研究,针对智慧医院的建设提出一些合理化建议,期望为患者提供更好的服务,促进医院能够提供持续高效的医疗服务.

With the development of information technology and the improvement of management level,medical institutions at all levels across the country have increased the construction and resource investment of smart hospitals.The policy of developing Internet hospitals,with the efforts of all parties in the society,through Internet hospitals,patients can register,consult,pay online and obtain online results remotely through advanced intelligent means such as WeChat official account,WeChat applet,and mobile APP.Inquiries have greatly improved the medical experience and alleviated the problem of difficult medical treatment to a certain extent.This paper mainly puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the construction of smart hospitals through relevant exploration and research in the process of planning and construction of smart hospitals,hoping to provide better services for patients and promote the hospital to provide continuous and efficient medical services.
