地级市医院人才流失原因分析与对策探讨

摘要 人才作为促进发展最具能动性及增值潜力的资源,成为医院在市场竞争中取胜的关键要素.随着医疗市场化的发展,加之城市医院发展的差异性,资源相对不足的地级市医院面临着人才流失的重大挑战,严重影响医院综合水平的提升,如何有效缓解和防范地级市医院的人才流失,是一个迫切需要研究的问题.本文通过分析地级市医院人才流失问题现状,以问题为导向,提出完善医院人才管理工作方法,促进医院高质量发展. Talents,as the most dynamic and value-added resources to promote development,have become the key factor for hospitals to win in the market competition.With the development of medical marketization and the differences in the development of urban hospitals,prefecture-level city hospitals with relatively insufficient resources are faced with the major challenge of brain drain,which seriously affects the improvement of the comprehensive level of hospitals.How to effectively alleviate and prevent prefecture-level city hospitals Brain drain is an urgent problem that needs to be studied.This paper analyzes the current situation of the brain drain in hospitals in prefecture-level cities,and takes the problem as the guide to put forward methods to improve the management of hospital talents and promote the high-quality development of hospitals.
