摘要
文章设计实现了一个基于单片机的简易智能小车。该简易智能小车是基于自动引导机器人系统,用以实现小车自动识别路线以及选择正确的路线。该简易智能小车硬件由STC89C51单片机、红外传感器模块、轨迹检测模块组成。在智能小车的机械结构设计上,为了保证小车能够进行循迹,同时避免外界的光对它产生干扰,将道路检测电路板放在小车底盘,红外传感器循迹模块放在小车左前端,超声波避障模块放在右前端,单片机控制板放在小车正上方,从而保持小车的平衡性。将直流电机、电源模块放在小车中间,尽量在一条竖线上使小车电源方便控制以及小车转弯时惯量减小,增强其稳定性。
This paper designs and realizes a simple intelligent car based on SCM.The simple intelligent car is based on the automatic guidance robot system,to realize the car automatic identification route,and choose the right route.The simple intelligent car hardware STC89C51 microcontroller,infrared sensor module,track detection module.On the mechanical structure of intelligent car design,in order to ensure that the car can be tracking,and at the same time avoid the outside world of interference of light,the road detection circuit in the car,infrared sensor tracking module in the small car left front,ultrasonic obstacle avoidance module on the right front,MCU in the car,to maintain the balance of a car.The DC motor and power module are placed in the middle of the car,and the power supply of the car is conveniently controlled on a vertical line as far as possible,and the inertia of the car when turning is reduced,so as to enhance its stability.
