脑卒中患者合并衰弱的研究进展

Review of research progress in stroke patients complicated with frailty

衰弱影响脑卒中患者的健康结局,及时识别卒中患者衰弱的发生与进展对患者的身心健康具有重要作用。本文通过回顾国内外脑卒中患者衰弱的相关文献,从衰弱的定义及理论模型、脑卒中合并衰弱的评估、脑卒中与衰弱的关系、脑卒中合并衰弱的干预进行综述,以期为脑卒中患者衰弱的识别及早期干预提供参考依据。

Frailty impacts the health outcomes of stroke patients,and timely identification and evaluation of the progress of frailty is of great significance to stroke patients'physical and mental health.Through literature review,this paper summarized the definition and theoretical model relevant to frailty,the evaluation methods of stroke complicated with frailty,the relationship between stroke and frailty,as well as the interventional strategies available for stroke patients with frailty.The result of the review provides a reference for the identification and early intervention tailored for frailty in stroke patients.
