电火花铣削加工过程分段优化与补偿方法研究

摘要 放电加工因能够对难加工导电材料的零件进行高效精密加工,从而得到广泛的应用,其中,电火花铣削加工是用于零件形状复杂材料微精加工的主要工艺方法之一。文章面向航空航天、汽车等军民融合领域关键部件微细结构的高效、精密铣削加工需求,提出一种利用简单圆电极基于数控电火花加工机床的精密铣削加工方法,主要采用分段铣削与反向叠加补偿方法,学习掌握铣削规律,从而实现零件低成本、精密高效铣削加工。 Electrical discharge machining(EDM)is widely used because it can efficiently and precisely machine parts of conductive materials that are difficult to machine.Among them,EDM milling is one of the main processing methods for micro finishing of parts with complex shapes.In this paper,in order to meet the requirements for efficient and precise milling of micro structures of key components in the field of military and civil integration,such as aerospace,automobile,etc.,a precision milling method based on CNC EDM machine tools using simple round electrodes is proposed.The method mainly uses segmented milling and reverse superposition compensation to learn and master the milling rules,so as to achieve low-cost,precise and efficient milling of parts.
