冷圈套切除术应用于结直肠息肉治疗的研究进展

Research advances in the application of cold snare polypectomy to colorectal polyps

部分结直肠息肉有一定风险转变为结直肠癌,对结直肠息肉行内镜下切除可显著降低结直肠癌的发病率。在临床上应用较多的息肉切除术包括内镜下黏膜切除术、内镜下黏膜剥离术、热圈套切除术、冷圈套切除术等,临床医师可根据息肉的大小、形状、生长部位及病理类型选择合适内镜切除方式进行治疗。冷圈套切除术作为一项新兴技术被广泛应用于10 mm以内的结直肠小息肉的内镜切除,其安全性和有效性已被很多研究充分证明。近年来,冷圈套切除术及相关技术也被运用于其他类型结直肠息肉的切除。本文就冷圈套切除术在临床应用方面的进展作一概述。

Some colorectal polyps are at risk of turning into colorectal cancer, and endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps can significantly reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer. The most commonly used polypectomy in clinical practice includes endoscopic mucosal resection, endoscopic submucosal dissection, hot snare polypectomy, cold snare polypectomy, etc. Clinicians can select appropriate endoscopic resection methods for treatment according to the size, shape, growth site and pathological type of polyps. As an emerging technology, cold snare polypectomy is widely used in endoscopic resection of colorectal small polyps within 10 mm, and its safety and efficacy have been fully demonstrated by many studies. In recent years, cold snare polypectomy and related techniques have also been applied to the removal of other types of colorectal polyps. This article provided an overview on the progress of cold snare polypectomy in clinical applications.
