基于退役电池包的逆向重构研究

摘要 以退役动力电池包壳体为研究对象,采用EinScan HX激光扫描仪获取原始点云数据、Geomagic Control软件对点云数据进行处理、Geomagic Design软件重构三维数字模型,分析和总结了逆向重构过程中的关键技术。通过Geomagic Control软件分析了重构的三维数字模型与原始点云数据的误差,确认误差在±1 mm内,满足了退役动力电池包智能拆解系统对三维数字模型的精度要求。因此,精确的逆向三维重构技术对实现机器人自动化拆解有很好的指导意义,有利于退役动力电池包智能拆解技术的发展。 Taking the retired power battery pack shell as the research object,this study uses EinScan HX laser scanner to obtain the original point cloud data,uses Geomagic Control software to process the point cloud data,uses Geomagic Design software to reconstruct the 3D digital model,and analyzes and summarizes the key technologies used in the process of reverse reconstruction.The error between the reconstructed 3D digital model and the original point cloud data is analyzed by using Geomagic Control software.It is confirmed that the error is within±1 mm,which meets the accuracy requirements for the 3D digital model of the intelligent disassembly system of the retired power battery pack.In conclusion,the accurate reverse 3D reconstruction technology has great guiding significance for the realization of automatic robot disassembly,and is conducive to the development of intelligent disassembly technology of retired power battery packs.
