一种无感应磁极的双余度转弯驱动电机设计与分析

摘要 双余度转弯驱动电机作为飞机的起落架伺服系统,具有容错性强、相应速度快的特点。通过将霍尔位置传感器与电机的定子进行集成化设计,提出一种无感应磁极双余度转弯驱动电机结构。利用有限元法对电机单通道和双通道的工作性能进行仿真分析,得到负载机械特性曲线。最后通过一台样机试验,验证了该双余度转弯驱动电机设计方法的有效性。 As the landing gear servo system of the aircraft,the double-redundancy turning drive motor has the characteristics of high fault tolerance and fast corresponding speed.Through the integrated design of the Hall position sensor and the stator of the motor,a double-redundancy turning drive motor structure without inductive pole is proposed.The finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the single-channel and double-channel working performance of the motor,and the mechanical characteristic curve is obtained.Finally,a prototype is tested to verify the effectiveness of the design method of the double-redundancy turning drive motor.
