摘要
动力电池作为新能源车核心部件,其工作的可靠性、安全性尤为重要。当前主流的电池热管理方式为液冷板安装于电池模组上壳体中,位于电池模组下方,这种布局方式,如果液冷板发生泄漏,冷却液会直接漏入电池模组上壳体中,对动力电池安全造成很大的隐患。本文简要阐述一种干湿分离的动力电池液冷方案[1],即在水冷系统与电池模块之间增加一层隔离板,类似“三明治”结构,热传导路径:模组底部—导热材料—隔离板—导热胶—液冷板,可以达到“干湿分离”的效果,即使冷却液泄漏也不会影响电池模组的安全性,极大地提高了动力电池的安全性能。
Power battery is the core component of the new energy vehicle,and its reliability and safety are particularly important.The current mainstream battery thermal management mode is that the liquid cooling plate is installed in the upper shell of the battery module,and is located below the battery module.In this layout,if the liquid cooling plate leaks,the coolant will leak directly into the upper shell of the battery module,which is a great danger to the safety of the power battery.This paper proposes a liquid cooling scheme for the power battery based on dry-wet separation,that is,a layer of isolation board is added between the liquid cooling system and the battery module.The heat conduction path is as follows:the bottom of the module-the thermal conducting material-the isolation plate-the thermal conducting glue-the liquid cooling plate.This scheme can achieve the effect of dry-wet separation,and the coolant leakage will not affect the safety of the battery module.This scheme has greatly improved the safety performance of the power battery.
