摘要
针对料罐称量系统中传感器经常性地会出现问题,导致称量精准度下降,甚至影响项目的质量,研究了料罐称重系统液压标定的方法。通过重点探讨液压标定系统的组成,以定量分析的方式分析不确定度和标准复合型,详细介绍了液压标定系统的组成、工作原理等,并通过试验进行效果验证。课题的研究可明确如何优化系统,正确选择设备和提高传感器安装质量,并且找到了造成料罐称重系统测量误差的原因,研究得到了问题解决方案。
Aiming at the frequent sensor application problems in the tank weighing system,which will reduce the weighing accuracy,and even affect the quality of the project,this research studies the hydraulic calibration method of the material tank weighing system.The composition and working principles of the hydraulic calibration system is discussed,the uncertainty and the composite standard are quantitatively analyzed,and the effect is verified through test.This research clarifies how to optimize the system,improves the equipment selection and sensor installation quality,finds out the causes of the measurement error of the tank weighing system,and obtains solutions to the problem.
