循环水泵盘根泄漏及转子摆度异常处理优化技术

Optimization measures of circulating pump packing leakage and abnormal rotor swing

循环水泵适用于各种工业化循环系统,然而循环水泵盘根、电机转子等重要部件容易出现故障。本文针对盘根漏水故障等问题,选择强度高、柔软性好、耐磨性强、回弹性能良好的材质当作新填料,并通过增设隔膜簧片和挡沙环,有效防止了盘根漏水现象;针对电机转子摆度出现异常,采取将垫片增设在推力头上端两半定位卡环上的新技术,从而实现对转子摆度调整,不仅操作便捷,而且具有工作量小、返修率低、风险小等优点。

Circulating water pump is suitable for various industrial circulating systems.However,the important components of the circulating water pump,such as the packing and the motor rotor,are prone to failure.Aiming at the problem of packing leakage,this paper selects the materials with high strength,good flexibility,strong wear resistance and good resilience as the new filler,and effectively prevents the packing leakage by adding diaphragm springs and sand retaining rings.In view of the abnormal swing of the motor rotor,shims are added to the two-half locating snap rings at the upper end of the thrust head to adjust the rotor swing.The measures are not only convenient to operate,but also have the advantages of small workload,low repair rate and low risk.
