Park Cities: High-quality City Construction in the New Era

规划好建设好公园城市是新时代我国城市高质量发展和高品质建设的重要方向。新时代的中国公园城市建设应坚持以人民为中心、生态优先绿色发展、公园与城市融合发展、地域特质与千城千面的原则,并在此基础上着力从以下方面深入推进:以人民为中心,全民参与,共建共治共享;以绿色生态推进人与自然和谐宜居的公园式社区建设;以公园思维推动新城开发与旧城更新,注重型塑与串联不同城乡社区的公共开敞空间;因地制宜,千城千面地开展具有地域特质的公园城市建设等。

Planning and building a good park city is the important direction for the high-quality development and valuable construction of cities of China in the New Era. The construction of park cities should adhere to the principles of putting people at the center, giving priority to green development of ecology, integrating development of parks and cities, regional characteristics and so on in the different cities, and focusing on the following paths based on those principles: people-centered awareness, the participation of the whole people,co-construction, co-governance and sharing;promoting the construction of a harmonious and livable park-like community between human and nature with green ecology;promoting the development of new cities and the renewal of old cities on building it as a park, and focusing on shaping and connecting the public opening of different urban and rural communities space;adapting measures to local conditions so as to carry out the construction of park cities with regional characteristics in various approaches.
