摘要
为探寻政民互动视角下提升大气污染治理绩效的机制和路径,该研究向社会发放问卷并进行数据处理和实证分析,探究大数据和技术治理背景下政民互动方式、存在问题和完善对策。问卷结果表明,在互联网+和信息技术时代,民众与政府的互动方式已经从传统的信访、来访向电话热线、微信公众号、政务微博和政府官网留言板等更加便捷高效的通信方式转变。如今电子政务平台是民众与政府互动最积极高效的渠道,也是提高公民满意度,提升政府绩效的必经之路。基于此,该文提出未来发展路径。
In order to explore the mechanism and path to improve the performance of air pollution control from the perspective of government-people interaction,this study sends questionnaires to the society and carries out data processing and empirical analysis to explore the ways,problems and countermeasures of the interaction between the government and the people in the context of big data and technological governance.The results of the questionnaire show that in the era of Internet Plus and information technology,the interaction between the public and the government has changed from the traditional letters and visits to the telephone hotline,Wechat official account,government affairs Weibo,the official government website message board and other more convenient and efficient communication methods.Nowadays,e-government platform is the most active and efficient channel for people to interact with the government,and it is also the only way to improve citizen satisfaction and government performance.Based on this,this paper puts forward the future development path.
