基于BIM与VR的建筑可视化设计研究

摘要 在当今建筑多样化和专业复杂化的背景下,基于二维平面的建筑设计方法在工程的实施中暴露出诸多问题。BIM技术的应用为解决相关问题提供良好的技术路径,将VR技术与BIM三维模型相结合可以更好地呈现建筑的设计效果并提升设计品质。该文针对BIM和VR的建筑可视化设计进行深入研究,梳理相应的设计流程,通过充分对比传统的设计方法,明确该技术的优缺点,以期为BIM+VR技术在建筑设计领域的广泛应用提供有力的支持。 In the context of diversification and professional complexity of architecture,the architectural design method based on two-dimensional plane has exposed many problems in the implementation of the project.The application of BIM technology provides a good technical path to solve related problems.The combination of VR technology and BIM 3D model can better present the architectural design effect and improve the design quality.This paper makes an in-depth study on the architectural visual design of BIM and VR,introduces the corresponding design flow,and clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of this technology by fully comparing the traditional design methods,in order to provide strong support for the wide application of BIM+VR technology in the field of architectural design.
