摘要
匝道桥作为城市中缓解出行压力的一种方式,在现代化交通建设中的地位越来越重要,城市高架体系对城市的发展与建设具有典范性意义。该项目是城市匝道桥的典型代表之一,因其施工条件极其复杂,所以现场安装是重难点之一。该项目介绍匝道桥为满足这种复杂条件所作的制作分段及施工顺序,并对钢箱梁的吊装进行施工模拟。通过模拟发现,在施工过程中,临时支撑结构的最大应力为83.39 MPa<205 MPa,最大变形为2.3 mm<10000/400=25 mm,并且对其稳定性进行验算,结果发现均符合要求,所以能保证施工的顺利进行。
As a way to alleviate the travel pressure in the city,ramp bridge plays a more and more important role in modern traffic construction.Urban viaduct system is of exemplary significance to the development and construction of the city.The project is one of the typical representatives of urban ramp bridge,because its construction conditions are extremely complex,so on-site installation is one of the important and difficult points.The project introduces the construction section and construction sequence of ramp bridge in order to meet this complex condition,and simulates the hoisting of steel box girder.Through the simulation,it is found that in the process of construction,the maximum stress of the temporary supporting structure is 83.39 MPa<205 MPa,and the maximum deformation is 2.3 mm<10000/400=25 mm.The stability of the temporary bracing structure meets the requirements,so that it can ensure the smooth progress of the construction.
