基于产教融合的财经商贸类专业群“结构化、开放型”人才培养体系建设与实践

电子商务高速发展,推动国民经济良性发展效应凸显,随着大数据、云计算等新科技商业应用日益增进,财经商贸类专业及相关领域高技能人才需求明显加大,构建基于产教融合的财经商贸类专业群人才培养体系迫在眉睫。从2010年开始,不断探索实践,逐步提出了“五协同,六举措、六支撑”的协同育人机制,经过十多年的实践和应用,终于形成了‘基于产教融合的财经商贸类专业群“结构化、开放型”人才培养体系’,取得了良好的效果,同时也带动了专业建设、实训基地建设、课程建设跨越式的发展。

With the increasing commercial application of new technologies such as big data and cloud computing,the demand for high-skilled talents in financial and trade majors and related fields has increased significantly,and it is imperative to build a talent training system for financial and trade professional groups based on the integration of industry and education.Since 2010,the school has continuously explored practice,and gradually put forward the collaborative education mechanism of"five collaborations,six initiatives,and six supports",and after more than ten years of practice and application,it has finally formed a"structured and open",a"structured and open"talent training system based on the integration of industry and education,which has achieved good results,and has also led to the leapfrog development of professional construction,practical training base construction and curriculum construction.
