就业问题已伴随社会经济的发展呈现出各种新态势和新特点,对于高校而言,开展有效、深入的大学生就业指导工作显得尤为重要。以问卷调查为主要形式,通过数据分析来探索大学生对就业指导工作及相关要素的切实需求,继而为能提供高质量的就业指导服务打下基础。

Obtain employment has shown various new trends and new characteristics with the development of social and economic development,for colleges,it is particularly important to carry out effective and in-depth employment guidance for college students.This paper focuses on questionnaire survey,explores the practical demand of college students for employment guidance and related elements through data analysis,and then lays a foundation for providing high-quality employment guidance services.
