CTA对高血压患者颅内外斑块特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的结合CTA检查结果评估高血压和非高血压患者颅内外斑块特征,并分析其与高血压的相关性。方法随机收集我院2019年5月至2020年5月行头颈部CTA检查的高血压患者60例(其中3级、2级、1级高血压患者分别为20例),选取同期非高血压患者60例,对所有患者CTA检查结果进行分析,对比两组患者的颅内外斑块特征。结果存在斑块的概率上,高血压组的检出率显著高于非高血压组,且在高血压组中斑块数量与高血压等级呈一定程度正相关;此外,不同性质的斑块在不同高血压等级中分布不同。结论颅内外斑块的发生与高血压有显著相关性,CTA是一项可以用于血管斑块特征分析的良好技术,可以为临床预测脑卒中风险提供有益思考。
