摘要
为解决雅克拉采气厂90%以上的气井出现井底积液,影响油气田开发和生产的问题,文章在优选起泡剂和助剂的基础上,利用现场取得的地层水进行泡沫性能评价实验,确定了6种优势复配比;通过矿化度和温度评价实验得到了一种最适用于雅克拉采气厂的耐温抗盐甜菜碱型泡排剂。结果表明,所合成的甜菜碱型泡排剂具有良好的表面活性,起泡及稳泡性能优异,热稳定性好,耐温可达120℃,抗矿化度可达2.1×10^(5)mg/L,为气田的后续高效开发提供了技术支撑。
In order to solve the problem of bottom hole effusion in gas wells of Yakla gas production plant,which affects the development and production of oil and gas fields,based on the optimization of foaming agents and additives,this paper uses the formation water obtained on site to conduct foam performance evaluation experiments,and determines six dominant compounding ratios.Through the mineralization and temperature evaluation experiments,a temperature resistant and salt resistant betaine foam discharge agent most suitable for Yakla gas production plant is obtained.The results showed that the synthesized betaine foam remover had good surface activity,excellent foaming and foam stability,good thermal stability,temperature resistance up to 120℃,and mineralization resistance up to 2.1×10~5 mg/L,providing technical support for the subsequent efficient development of the gas field.
