摘要
工程建造项目完工后往往会产生一定量的剩余物资,且在较长一段时间内无法有效消耗利用,不仅会导致企业运营成本的上升,物资长期积压还有着过期、损毁的风险。文章从海洋石油工程建造项目物资管理角度出发,对项目物资管理现状、物资剩余原因进行分析,提出工程建造项目物资“零库存”管理思路和实现途径。
After the construction project is completed,a certain amount of residual materials are often generated,and they cannot be effectively consumed and utilized for a long period of time,which will not only lead to an increase in the operating cost of the enterprise,but also cause the long-term backlog of materials to be expired and damaged.This paper analyzes the current situation of project material management and the reasons of material surplus from the perspective of material management of offshore oil engineering construction projects,and propose the management idea of“zero inventory”of project material and the way to realize it.
