摘要
IMA架构下机载机电系统采用分布式架构,远程控制电子逐渐成为机电各子系统的控制核心,实现区域级的实时闭环控制。本文针对某型远程控制电子开发、调试、试验、测试和验证的需要,设计了远程控制电子测试系统。该测试系统基于LabWindows CVI软件开发,可以实现远程控制电子的接口自动测试和应用测试。测试结果表明,使用该测试系统后,远程控制电子的调试生产效率显著提高,为产品的验证和批产提供了有利工具。
The airborne electromechanical system adopts the distributed architecture under the IMA architecture and remote control electronics gradually becomes the control core of electromechanical subsystem,which realizes the real time closed-loop control.In order to satisfy the RCE requirement of the design,debug,experimentation,test and verify,this paper designs a RCE test system.The system is designed based on LabWindows CVI and it can realize the interface automatic testing and application testing.After adopting the test system,RCE debugging and manufacture efficiency has been improved significantly,which is a useful tool for RCE batch manufacture.
