重量法测定脱硫灰中亚硫酸钙和硫酸钙

Determination of Calcium Sulfite and Calcium Sulfate in Desulfurization Ash by Gravimetric Method

为了避免溶液中pH、Fe^(3+)、回蓝等对碘量法测定脱硫灰中亚硫酸钙准确度的影响,本文提出一种利用重量法测定脱硫灰中亚硫酸钙和硫酸钙的方法。通过模拟脱硫灰样品,采用不加过氧化氢,利用盐酸(1+1)分解亚硫酸钙,以盐酸(3+97)溶液作为沉淀洗液,可以准确测定脱硫灰中硫酸钙含量,进而确定亚硫酸钙含量,避免其他元素成分的干扰。

In order to avoid the influence of pH,Fe^(3+)and blue in the solution on the accuracy of iodometric determination of calcium sulfite in desulfurized ash,a gravimetric method is proposed to determine calcium sulfite and calcium sulfate in desulfurized ash.By simulating the desulfurized ash sample,using hydrochloric acid(1+1)to decompose calcium sulfite without adding hydrogen peroxide,and using hydrochloric acid(3+97)solution as the precipitation washing solution,the calcium sulfate content in the desulfurized ash can be accurately determined,and then the calcium sulfite content can be determined to avoid the interference of other elements.
