Building intelligent integrated system is an inevitable need for the development of green and intelligent buildings.The intelligent integrated system project not only provides better living environment and services,but also reduces the energy consumption of buildings and improves the management efficiency of buildings.This paper introduces the design objectives,principles,schemes and index requirements of the intelligent integrated system for the building reconstruction project of a project.It can be used as reference for such reconstruction projects.
