摘要
建设项目的管理是确保项目建设工作顺利进行的一项重大任务。近几年,随着中国经济社会的迅速发展,各种新材料、新技术、新设备不断地被运用到建设中,对建设项目的管理提出了新的要求和新的要求。因此,对施工项目的管理措施进行优化与改善已迫在眉睫,要求施工单位在确定建设项目的主要工作内容后,从多个角度出发,对影响施工项目管理的具体因素进行分析,并提出切实可行的、最优的管理措施。
The management of construction project is an important task to ensure the smooth progress of project construction.In recent years,with the rapid development of our China’s economic society,all kinds of new materials,new technology,and new equipment have been applied to the construction,and new requirements are put forward for the management of construction projects.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize and improve the management measures of the construction project.The construction unit is required to analyze the specific factors affecting the management of the construction project from multiple perspectives after determining the main work content of the construction project,and put forward the feasible and optimal management measures.
