房建防水防渗施工技术施工与管理措施研究

Research on the Construction and Management Measures of House Building Waterproof and Seepage Control Construction Technology

房建防水防渗是一项系统性的工程,在前期设计工作中考虑建筑出现漏水的情况,优化设计,加强管理,采取恰当的防水防渗施工技术,保障房屋建筑工程的质量。房屋建筑的外墙,屋面地下室等出现渗漏情况影响居住者的使用,也并不利于建筑企业的发展。因此,工程单位需要提高对防水防渗施工技术应用和管理的重视程度。在论文的研究工作中,主要分析房建容易出现渗漏位置及原因,探究使用的防水防渗施工技术,提出几点有效的管理措施,保障施工质量。

House building waterproof and anti-seepage is a systematic project,in the early design work to consider the situation of water leakage,optimize the design,strengthen management,take appropriate waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology,to ensure the quality of the housing construction project.The leakage of the exterior wall and roof basement of housing buildings affects the use of residents,and is not conducive to the development of construction enterprises.Therefore,engineering units need to improve the application and management of waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology.In the research work of this paper,it mainly analyzes the location and reasons of leakage prone to house construction,explores the waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology used,and puts forward several effective management measures to ensure the construction quality.
