新型捕收剂BK414A在某锂云母矿中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对某锂云母矿石在脱泥作业中锂损失较大的问题,对原矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,主要是由于部分细小鳞片状集合体在磨矿中泥化造成的。基于阴/阳离子表面活性剂协同效应复配了新型锂云母捕收剂BK414A,在不添加调整剂、不脱泥的条件下对该锂云母矿进行了浮选试验研究,并与常规脱泥-酸法浮选工艺进行了指标对比。研究结果表明:BK414A作为锂云母捕收剂在中性矿浆环境中获得了精矿中Li_(2)O品位3.05%、Li_(2)O回收率89.19%的浮选指标;在酸性矿浆环境中(pH=4)常规脱泥-酸法浮选工艺获得了精矿中Li_(2)O品位2.91%、Li_(2)O回收率81.87%的浮选指标;与常规脱泥-酸法浮选工艺相比,新工艺所得精矿中Li_(2)O品位提升了0.14%、Li_(2)O回收率提升了7.32%。采用BK414A浮选锂云母时,无需添加调整剂、无需脱泥,实现了全粒级浮选,且具有流程稳定、浮选指标优良等优点,在中性矿浆环境实现了锂云母的高效回收。 Aiming at the problem of large lithium loss in desliming operation of a lithium mica ore,mineralogy of ROM is studied in detail,the main reason is sliming of fine scaly aggregates in grinding.A new type lepidolite collector BK414A is compounded which is based on the synergistic effect of anionic/cationic surfactants,and carried out flotation test for the lepidolite ore under the condition of no adjusting agents and desliming,and contrasted the indexes with conventional desliming-acid flotation process.The results show that in neutral pulp environment BK414A as a lepidolite collector obtained the concentrate with index of Li_(2)O grade 3.05%and Li_(2)O recovery 89.19%.In acid pulp environment(pH=4)the conventional desliming-acid flotation process obtained the concentrate with index of Li_(2)O grade 2.91%and Li_(2)O recovery 81.87%.Compared with the conventional acid flotation process,the new process obtained the concentrate with the Li_(2)O grade increased by 0.14%,and the Li_(2)O recovery increased by 7.32%.When using BK414A to float lepidolite,it is no need to add adjusting agents and desliming,and achieves full particle size flotation,and it also has the advantages of stable process,excellent flotation index,and realizes the efficient recovery of lepidolite in neutral pulp environment.
