中间锦鸡儿茎水浸提液对荒漠草原10种草本的化感作用

摘要 [目的]探究中间锦鸡儿在荒漠草原人工复合生态系统以及群落演替中的作用。[方法]以中间锦鸡儿茎水浸提液为供试材料,在室内模拟研究其对荒漠草原常见10种植物(苦豆子、针茅、草木樨、胡枝子、沙蒿、沙米、蒙古冰草、蒙农杂交冰草、扁穗冰草、沙生冰草)的种子萌发和幼苗生长情况的影响。[结果]浸提液质量浓度越高对扁穗冰草种子的相对胚轴干重的抑制作用越强;浸提液质量浓度越高对扁穗冰草的相对胚根长抑制作用也越强;浸提液质量浓度在0.05~10.00 mg/mL时对沙生冰草种子相对发芽指数呈促进作用,在5.00~50.00 mg/mL时对扁穗冰草的相对发芽指数呈抑制作用;浸提液质量浓度升高对沙米种子的相对胚轴长有促进作用;浸提液质量浓度越高,对沙米种子的相对胚轴长促进作用越强。[结论]中间锦鸡儿茎水浸提液对扁穗冰草、沙米、沙蒿、针茅表现出浓度效应,对沙生冰草则表现出低促高抑,对蒙古冰草、蒙农杂交冰草、苦豆子、草木樨则无显著影响。 [Objective]To explore the role of Caragana intermedia in the artificial complex ecosystem and community succession of desert steppe.[Method]Taking the stalk water extract of Caragana intermedia as donor material,and the effects on seed germination and seedling growth of 10 common plants(Sophora alopecuroides,Stipa capillata,Melilotus officinalis,Lespedeza bicolor,Artemisia desertorum,Agriophyllum squarrosum,Agropyron mongolicum,A.cristaum×A.desertorum cv.Mengnong,Agropyron cristatum,Agropyron desertorum)in desert steppe were studied in indoor simulation.[Result]The higher the concentration of extract,the stronger the inhibitory effect on the relative hypocotyl dry weight of Agropyron cristatum seeds;the higher the concentration of extract,the stronger the inhibition of relative radicle length of Agropyron cristatum.When the concentration of the extract was 0.05-10.00 mg/mL,it promoted the relative germination index of Agropyron desertorum seeds,and when the concentration was 5.00-50.00 mg/mL,it inhibited the relative germination index of Agropyron cristatum seeds.The relative hypocotyl length of Agriophyllum squarrosum seeds increased with the increase of the concentration of extract;the higher the concentration of extract,the stronger the promoting effect on the relative hypocotyl length of Agriophyllum squarrosum seeds.[Conclusion]The stalk water extract of Caragana intermedia showed the concentration effect on Agropyron cristatum,Agriophyllum squarrosum,Artemisia desertorum and Stipa capillata,and showed low promotion and high inhibition on Agropyron desertorum,but had no significant effect on Agropyron mongolicum,A.cristaum×A.desertorum cv.Mengnong,Sophora alopecuroides and Melilotus officinalis.
