数字赋能乡村治理运行机制探索——以舟山市马岙街道为例

Exploration of the Operation Mechanism of Digital Enabling Rural Governance—Taking Ma’ao Street,Zhoushan City,for Example

在数字经济的推动下,乡村数字治理也在蓬勃发展,乡村治理现代化与国家治理现代化之间也有着密切的联系,随着社会经济的发展,数字赋能乡村治理具有一定的可行性与必要性,提出了数字赋能何以推动乡村治理,选取了舟山市马岙街道为具体案例,从空间、权力、治理架构3个维度去探析数字赋能乡村治理的运行机制,阐述了数字赋能乡村治理的有效性,从而推进乡村治理能力的现代化。

Driven by the digital economy,rural digital governance is booming,there is also a close relationship between rural governance modernization and national governance modernization,with the development of social economy,digital enabling rural governance has certain feasibility and necessity,the paper puts forward how digital empowerment to promote rural governance,Zhoushan Ma’ao Street is selected as a specific case,from space,power,governance architecture three dimensions to explore digital enabling rural governance mechanism,expounds the effectiveness of digital empowerment for rural governance,so as to promote the modernization of rural governance ability.
