提质培优背景下农林高职院校教师教学创新团队建设研究

教师教学创新团队建设是国家职业教育提质培优行动计划的重点任务,也是农林高职院校承接提质培优行动计划的具体工作。介绍了农林高职院校教师教学创新团队建设的意义,分析了该团队建设现状,解析了团队内涵,探讨了该团队建设路径,期望通过教师教学创新团队建设来提升农林高职院校的专业人才培养质量、教师教学水平和学校综合实力,推动我国农林高职院校的高质量发展。

The construction of teachers’teaching innovation team is the key task of the national action plan for improving the quality and cultivating excellence of vocational education,and it is also the specific work of agricultural and forestry higher vocational colleges to undertake the action plan for improving the quality and cultivating excellence.This paper introduced the significance of the construction of teachers’teaching innovation team in higher vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry,analyzed the current situation of the team construction,analyzed the team connotation and discussed the construction path of the team,in order to effectively improve the training quality of professional talent,teachers’teaching level and the comprehensive strength of the school in higher vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry,and promote the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry in China through the construction of teachers’teaching innovation team.
