摘要
由于早期投运的智能变电站合并单元质量问题日益突出,合并单元改造工作日趋重要。以江苏某500 kV智能变电站合并单元拆除改造工程为例,通过对工程改造过程的风险点分析,提出了相应的控制措施。现场工程实践表明这些措施极大地降低了改造工作的风险,显著提升了相关工作效率。
Due to the increasingly prominent quality problems in the merging units of the early smart substations, the transformation of such merging units has become more and more important. Taking a merging unit dismantlement and reconstruction project of a 500 kV smart substation in Jiangsu Province, the risk points existing in the dismantlement are analyzed and the corresponding control measures are presented. The field engineering practice shows that these measures greatly reduce the risks of reconstruction activities and significantly improve the efficiency of related activities.
