摘要
在发电机的实际运行中,安装、运行环境的恶化、磨损等因素可能会导致转子接地不良或轴承绝缘下降,引起轴电压上升、轴电流增大,最终可能损坏发电机。通过对转子接轴、接地电刷装置进行改造,保证大轴可靠接地,有效改善了发电机组运行稳定性;同时,要定期测量轴电压、轴电流,并加强发电机大轴接地碳刷维护以改善发电机运行情况。
In actual operation of a generator, the factors such as installation, deterioration of operation environment and wear might bring about poor rotor grounding or declined bearing insulation, and lead to the increase of shaft voltage and shaft current, which may eventually damage the generator. With the modifications of rotor coupling and grounding brush devices, the generator shaft is reliably grounded, which improves the running stability of generator set. Meanwhile, it is necessary to measure the shaft current regularly and strengthen the maintenance of shaft grounding brush to improve the operation of the generator.
