后疫情时代县级电网内涝灾害应对策略优化

Optimization of Strategies Coping with Waterlogging Disasters for County-level Power Grids During the Post New Crown Epidemic Period

县级电网属于电网的薄弱环节,然而关于县级电网内涝应对策略的研究却常常被忽视。根据县级电力企业特点以及县级电网内涝后的应急管理现状,分析并提出了针对后疫情时代内涝灾害后电网应对策略的优化建议。

The county-level power grid is a weak link of the power grid, however, researches on the strategies coping with waterlogging disasters for the county-level power grid are often neglected. Considering the characteristics of county-level power enterprises and the status of emergency management of the county-level power grid after waterlogging, the optimization suggestions on response strategies against waterlogging disasters during the post new crown epidemic period is put forward based on analysis.
